Neither the labeling on the shoe nor the shoe box say it is made of leather. I thoroughly inspected the shoe and I could not find a single square millimeter of leather in it. I had a suspicion of this when I ordered the shoe because of the price, but I gave Amazon the benefit of the doubt. Big Mistake! Also, the spikes are not of high quality, they look like an older style.
Below is the product description from the Golf Outlets of America's product page. It does not mention Leather at all.

However, it is a good looking shoe and seems to function just fine after wearing it once at the driving range. I cannot attest to the water proofing claims though. If you only want to pay $30 for a pair of golf shoes, this one will work, but you are not getting the quality of a leather golf shoe. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Amazon, please correct the description for this product.
