(More customer reviews)I tend to go bicycling at the end of the day. That means rapidly changing lighting conditions. Other sunglasses are either too dark or too light so you end up not wearing them at times or not seeing well. Not seeing well has obvious disadvantages and not wearing glasses can lead to similar problems when something gets in your eye.
These glasses are nearly clear at their lightest, they get dark enough for fairly bright sun, and they change reasonably quickly. As others have noted they may steam up when you come to a stop but they clear quickly and stay clear when you are moving. Highly recommended for this use.
