(More customer reviews)I exercise in these walking and jogging. I am 6'1", 275lbs, trying to loose a few pounds. These Nike Air Copious offer a lot of support and good heel cushioning, lots of spring to them. I have had them for about 6 months now and love the comfort and support they offer.
