I bought these sandals because they offered the ability to remove the spikes so the sandals can be worn regularly. The spikes are a little tricky removing -be careful not to strip the screw thread and double check tightness after reinserting. Overall, I love these sandals and recommend them to anyone golfing who enjoys sandals and their toes being free. The sandals has 3 adjustable Velcro straps that allow an easy fit to any foot. The sizes run true to form -I wear a women's size 8 in most shoes and the sandals fit perfectly.
